Choose your instrument and complete your order. Once received, your Cream Guitar is officially added to our production schedule.
Our team will carefully review your order and specifications. If we need to confirm any details before production begins, we'll contact you directly.
Your instrument enters our workshop and the build begins. Every Cream Guitar is built individually with close attention to craftsmanship, detail and playability.
Our estimated production time is 8–10 weeks, although actual completion times may vary. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.
Once completed, your instrument goes through a detailed inspection, final setup and quality check to ensure it meets our standards for finish, electronics and playability.
Once your instrument is ready, you'll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information by email.
If you paid a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid in full before your Cream Guitar can be shipped.
